We accept payments via debit/credit cards, ACH processing , Zelle and Crypto Currencies. Your transactions are securely processed to ensure the protection of your information.

 

6. Do you ship to all states?

We ship our cannabis plantlets to the USA only. For orders shipped to Hawaii, there is a flat $20 charge, which covers half the cost of 2nd-day air shipping due to the logistics of delivering to this region.

 

7. How are the clones packaged for shipping?

We take great care in packaging our cannabis clones to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in optimal condition. Here's how we handle the shipping process:

  • Limitation on Claims: Please note that claims must be made within 24-hours of the recorded delivery time. Claims received after this period may not be eligible for replacement.

We strive to ensure that all of our cannabis clones reach you in perfect condition. However, if your clones arrive damaged, we are here to help resolve the issue promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you should do:

Upon receiving your clones, take clear and detailed photographs of any damage or issues immediately. These photos are essential for us to evaluate the extent of the problem and determine the next steps.

 

2. Complete the Replacement Request Form:
Once you’ve documented the damage, fill out our Replacement Request Form.

 

3. Notification Deadline:
Any issues with the condition of the plantlet(s) must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Timely reporting is crucial for us to address the issue and begin the replacement process.

 

4. Await Further Instructions
Once we receive your request and photos, we will assess the situation and respond with further instructions. These may include sending replacement clones or offering other forms of resolution, such as refunds or store credits.

 

5. Exclusions
Replacements are not provided for clone(s) once they have been transferred into a growing medium. Post-transplant care is crucial, and the health of the clone(s) can be significantly affected by external factors such as watering practices, nutrients, or other environmental conditions, which are beyond our control.
